tyra rotor rooter

got my mail today,and it it was this....back about 6 months ago,one of our frocks was on mis T Banks on tv...we couldn't quite figure out how,since she's a size 32 or whatever,but hey ho,the wonders of gaffa tape up the back of a dress...
right after,I mailed tbanks.com,to shout out and thank!and got an automated response saying i'd get an autograph in the mail,thanks,the power is in you!and be yourself!girl!etc...and i forgot all about it.
in the mail this morning,what joy!my autographed pic,and a bill from the plumber.kind of goes hand in hand.

Here's some fun news:

A bunch of words and phrases were added to the Chambers Dictionary recently, and among "fashion forward", "nail bars", "carbon footprint", and "social networking" was the very 2004 phrase "wardrobe malfunction".

Wonder if the Chambers Dictionary includes little explanatory pictures next to their definitions.

Better yet, how exactly will they go about defining this one? We imagine it to be something like, "Wardrobe Malfunction, verb, intrans to work imperfectly; to fail to keep your outfit covering your private parts, eg. nipples, nether regions, etc. Noun failure of, or a fault or failure in, propriety, a stylist, taste, etc. Etymology: January 2004."

But just a little thumbnail would do so much better.

so we were discussing what trends we miss,who would we want to see as an icon again,and sadly agree that nothing is new,and we've become our parents...been there/done that and bought the t-shirt.when you realize that aygnys deyneee is the 2008 version of servalan from blakes seven,see pic and clip,you know you are getting old.so we say bring back-
1)plus fours
2)harris tweed for summer,preferably in plus fours
3)fig leaves for day
4)spencers
5)clockhouse now for boys-yes i did josie
